Developed credit and collection policies and procedures, that resulted in an improvement in the collection rate from 60% to 85% in 9 months in A family Practice Center.
Recruited over 100 primary care physicians serving in Health Shortage Areas with USPHS
Business Manager of a community health care system, that significantly increased the availability of needed health care services in a healthcare manpower shortage area.
Provided leadership and management of health care clinic operations by developing policies, operational procedures, and conducting monthly management review meetings.
Managed construction and arranged financing for medical and dental facilities within budget.
Restructured a large 30 physician seven-site location of multi-specialty physicians that moved the organization from a position of bankruptcy to solvency.
